Android issue

Hi All,

I have launched a app on the PLAY store and the Amazon store. When a user clicks to download the application they get the following error: Error your order could not be processed. Please try again. The app has successfully published in google play development console and the amazon equivalent. It has also been published for iPhone and works successfully on that platform.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be as I'm starting to think its in Gamesalad since it doesn't work with either store.

    I have this issue too, but I have only published to the Google Store. Any ideas anyone?

    that sounds like an issue with the Ordering process at the stores..

    For both Amazon store AND Play store? They are 2 different stores so I think its unlikely that its the store thats the issue. But I really just dont know.

    Try tagging a post with @SaladStraightShooter to get some attention from GS.

    It seems that the issue was with google not actually liking the app. Thanks for all your answers though.

    How did you correct this issue? I am having the same thing happen on the Play store with my new app :(
