Fixing Sprite Turnaround on Wall Collision

I've been using GameSalad's platformer template for a game I am working on - overall it has been very helpful and easy to modify. The one glitch I have not yet solved however, is how to prevent the player graphic from going crazy (basically cycling between the left and right state) when a wall collision occurs. (This error is in the template itself, not caused by any changes made on my part.) Any ideas?

Thanks!

We would need a better idea of what you are dealing with. It's nearly impossible to replicate what is going on without knowing how you set up your character or your collisions.
  • I guess I should have been more specific. The collision error is in the template itself - if you load it up using the latest release of GS, run against a wall and you should see what I mean. Sorry 'bout that!

You're talking about when you hold the right arrow near a wall to your right or hold the left arrow near a wall to your left, correct?

Taking a look at it. I haven't messed with that template.
