PlayHaven interstitial generate a delay of 3-4 seconds on each level

Hi guys,
I noticed that using PlayHaven there's a delay of some seconds at the beginning of each level.

I decided to pause the level when it starts, then wait for the player's touch to play, because the level starts on the finish, than the camera run until the wheel (the "hero" controlled by the player) and the level's title fades out.
If I doesn't pause the level at the beginning, you can directly see the wheel and you don't see the level's title.

Have you the same problem?

    This has been a major problem since they were introduced, and you have the best/only decent work around for the problem.

    And the problem persists even when there's no interstitial ad (but you enable play haven
    in publish/settings).
    So for example when you remove ad with the in-app purchase, you still have the problem of the delay.

    Aww man, I didn't realise it even did that after removal!. Tis a real shame that this has never been addressed.
