Project Boom For Sale?

Does anyone know if the developer is selling this app? Just curious because I saw it on apptopia.com and if its fraudulent I wanted to pass the word.

    Wow yes for 12.500$! it's a great game!
    but on this site you can sell the entire game project and give all copyrights of your game?
    just for curiosity.

    @Uptimistik the website gives you a link to the app store so I would download the game before buying it. So unless you don't download it that won't happen.
