Double taps move faster to the tap location

Hi, I am trying to do a double taps action involving an actor moving faster to the tap position. Here are what I need to do, single tap move to tap position with preset normal speed, double taps move to tap position with increase speed. Can anyone help me out with this issue? Many thanks.

I made a project for you with the double tap function only. You'll have to plug it into your movement system. Actor 1 Prototype contains all the function. Tap anywhere on screen to activate. Let me know if you need some explanation.

Furthermore... Using timestamps ( [Time]+[Execute Time Amount] ) and Rule ( Time > or < [TIme Stamp] ) is extremely powerful and efficient in Gamesalad.
