What am I doing wrong?

in Working with GS (Mac)
I am trying to upload some assets to the game marketplace but I keep getting this reply:

Your assets are lonely without metadata
Please include your filled-out metadata.csv file with your assets and resubmit.

Thank you!


However, the metadata.csv is in the zip file. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any advice

    Try uploading them separately

    Hmmm, I have been in the process of submitting an asset since around september. I am lazy about responding and I never got the .csv file so I am kinda stuck now and haven't gotten to where you are and just guessing.

    Ive asked for advice, but no reply yet from Game Salad yet on this matter, though they helped me sort out the csv properly

    How long does it normally take to get a reply from GameSalad? I've been trying to sort this out since last week
