can anyone who did tshirtbooth's boggle tutorial help?

I have completed about 90% of tshirtbooth's boggle video tutorials- they are great. But somewhere along the way, I messed up, and I can't figure out where. When I make a valid word, the game indicates that it is a word, but if I keep selecting letters, it counts the entire string of letters as a valid word. So for example, if I spell "game", it indicates it is a word, but if I keep adding letters (up to 12), it still says it's a word. So if I added the letters "xyd" to "game", like: "gamexyd", even though it's not a word, it still says it is.

So as long as soon as I start with a valid word, no matter what letters I add to it, it still says it's a word, and gives me points.

Anybody have any idea what I did wrong?

@whompy I know about @tshirtbooth 's Boggle template although I've not seen "under the hood" i.e the rules, behaviours, etc.

So a guess: by your description, it sounds 99% certain it's an attribute problem.... an attribute made the wrong type, or a wrong initial value; or a missing attribute, which could be the likely thing.... my advice is to checkout all the rules again, in particular in the Otherwise sections... stuff in there can easily be overlooked. Good luck.

Thanks, gyroscope, I did have a missing attribute. I don't know how I missed it, but after a couple hours of tedious reviewing and checking, I figured out how to fix the problem. Ugh.
