A strange problem with the Marketplace

Hi guys, I just bought this graphic:

I tough It was a psd file with all elements, but the name of the file downloaded is james0001.gszip, what kind of extension is .gszip?

I renamed it .zip, so I unzipped it and now I have only a png image of 248x167, I hope this isn't the graphic I paid for

I'm guessing it's just a PNG file. That is what the file type description on the page you linked too states. Under Asset Stats in the left column, Asset Type: PNG.

Must be some error, even the preview picture is bigger than 248x167 !?

@jamie_c yes, maybe the file is only a png, but why the extension is .gszip?
@Socks it's the same doubt I had, 248x167 is less than the preview picture! So maybe this image in only a little preview included in a file that I unzipped wrong?

Or even an image that was upload incorrectly ?

Either way it's time to contact support and see if they can sort this out, the other option would be to contact the creator directly (if that's possible).
