Help with swipe motion on an actor

Can someone help me swipe an actor left, right, up or down? Similar to Pudding Monsters

Hey guys,

How can i swipe an actor in a particular direction as far as left, right, up and down? An example of what am talking about is pudding monsters link below:

This is the first question i've ever ask on GS forums, i usually do some digging to find what i need but, for some reason i can't find any information about my particular situation.
