Pathing System Question - new to GameSalad

Hey guys, I just started working with GameSalad with a friend of mine. We were considering a game involving zombies played from a top-down perspective. Before we got too far though, we wanted to see if it was possible to do a pathing system where the zombie walks towards the player, but is smart enough to realize if there is an object between them and go around it. Can something like this be done?

    No we don't have paths but you can fake AI maybe with something to check if hero is below or above zombie.

    You can also make waypoints but you have to manually input them.
