The iPad Human Interface Guidelines state that an iPad application should be able to run in "all orientations. Gustav of The Baltic Sea is only supporting one variant of the landscape orientation. While we understand there are certain applications that need to run in the landscape orientation, it would be appropriate to support both variants of this orientation in your application.

Please note that supporting all four orientations, each with unique launch images, provides the best user experience and is recommended."

So when i exporting what i must check in advanced settings ( before i checked al 4 orientations - but it was rejected )

Your ipad app does not need to run in all 4 rotations. If its a portrait game make sure its set to portrait up and down, and if its landscape make sure it sets to landscape left and right. If not it will be rejected.
