orbiting actor relative to rotating object

hi,
I want to create an object that moves in orbit around rotating actor so that its position remains constant relative to rotating actor ( i.e. a ball in a square while the square is rotating the ball moves so that its position remains constant relative to the square)
anyone can help?

This is fairly straightforward to do.

Just move the orbiting object . . . . actually EDIT it's quicker just to make you a quick demo . . . hold on I will be back

Ok, so far so good, all understood.
and it start moving from x and y
Ambiguous grammatical construction, does not compute.

@socks the white square will be inside orange square, white square will start moving from specific position inside the orange square and while moving the white square have to retain the same distance from the sides of the square like if the distance from top of the orange square to the white square is ten it must keep the same distance while moving
    again can you do that?

If you could sketch out a quick picture of how this works and upload it here it would be easier to see what you are after.
