Testing on actual devices

Still just getting used to how Game Salad works, so I was wondering, how do you test on an actual device prior to submitting to Apple? I come from a developer background, and I am used to building in XCode, and pushing to my device, and testing it. I know Game Salad keeps the rendered source for themselves, so how do I test this on my actual device? The game I am working on will rely on the accelerometer, so I can't really test on the computer at all.

You have two options: Download the GameSalad Viewer, and install it to your iDevice, and then test it over wifi on your device, or publish the game using the publishing button within GameSalad, and then with the correct certificates and profiles installed, you can test an "AdHoc" or "Development" version of your game.
Note: you will need an Apple Developer account to install both the viewer, and your developer app.

You install the GameSalad viewer on your iPhone/Pod/Pad, then you can simply throw files over to your device from GameSalad.

    Simple enough. Thanks!

Once up and working it is very simple, if your iPad (etc) is on the same Wi-Fi network as your computer (running GS) - a little iPad icon will appear at the top of the GS window, you simply click on this to pass your open project over to your iPad - a few seconds later it's running on your iPad.
