Question regarding OS4 SDK

I see this on the dev site and it makes me leery of jumping in. Does this mean that I will not be able to submit apps until the beta is over? Or Is this okay since GS compiles the binary on a non-beta platform?

iPhone SDK 4 beta requires Mac OS X v10.6.2 or later.
iPhone OS 4 beta is for development purposes only. This software should only be installed on devices dedicated exclusively for iPhone OS 4 beta application development. Do not install this software if you do not have a device dedicated exclusively to iPhone OS 4 beta application development.
iPhone SDK 4 beta cannot be used for submitting applications to the App Store.
iPhone SDK 4 beta and iPhone OS 4 beta are pre-release software and are considered Apple Confidential Information.

So it is okay to test the beta unless you are using xcode raw to build?
