Sadly, only by adjusting their X and/or Y coordinates to matching values.

for example: I have a image, 100x100 px and I need align this image in the middle and on the left, so, how i'll know if it's exactly the right place?

On an iPad:
The left of the screen is 0
The middle is 512
Your actor is 100 x 100 - you measure it's position by it's centre.
So if you want it on the far left you would place it at X = 50
If you want it in the middle of the screen you would place it at X = 512
