largest possible Screen Size?

in Working with GS (Mac)
Ok ipad resolution is 1024x768 and with retina display its 2048x1536. I want to make a scene that is double this. Can I make a scene 4096x3072 and make the camera size 2048x1536. I want the main actor to control camera.Im trying to make a large platform game.

    Yes, you can have much much bigger scenes than 4096 x 3072.

    OK I created a background image 4096x3072. And GS creator said it was to big and would i like GS to resize it.

    Yes that's right, the image is too big for GameSalad, the maximum image size is 2048 x 2048.
