Dragging multiple actors in design mode.

I have been laying out actors on my stage and just realised I need to move a chunk of them. I have tried command click, selecting multiple through the layers drag 'non-existent' selection marquee etc, to no avail.

I really don't want to move 30+ objects 1 by 1, is it possible to move multiple at a time?

Cheers,

This certainly would be useful - but how would they be placed on the screen once you've dragged them?

What I tend to do is build up a scene bit by bit, adding actors as they're made so I can test them out. Call it a 'test' scene if you will.

Once systems are made, and everything's working ok, I copy and paste the test scene on the home screen and it becomes a template for my levels, with minor modifications needed.

One of my games has 30 actors just for the HUD! I wouldn't have wanted to add those all manually for each level! ;)

What I meant was putting the items on screen then realising they need to be moved. Say you wanted to move your HUD from the bottom to the top, you would have to move all 30 actors 1 at a time.

Nice to be able to select all of these on stage, or through the scene and move at once.
