Am I the only one who has problems publishing?

    This was a common issue yesterday and today morning but for many it has been resolved. But it appears as if its still problematic for some. Are you stuck at the "generating app" step?

    Me also, since yesterday the button "generate" on publish page for Universal is deactivated, any ideas when this will be solved?

    Hey GameGod yes I have that problem. Can not select "generating App" grayed out.
    Braydon I also published one in between. So it seems to be random.
    Also signing in is becoming a bigger and bigger problem. Tried to sign in from iPhone was told Password was wrong which is Bull. Had to get up and start my computer just to get this message out. GS do not try to sell Pro Memberships on a piece of software thats not working. Would you buy Photoshop if it crashes all the time? I don't think so.
    I am trying to do this now for two years. Its very frustrating. Can't you put two computers together pretend its a network and work out the kinks?

    I agree. I was probably to harsh. Sorry. But when you working on a problem and you can not test it then one gets frustrated. And as of this morning both of these things are still not working: Stuck at the "generating app" step? AND the Sign In problem.

    Here is a workaround I figured out. Do not update your Game instead select New Game/App. Now the Generate button works. Let it sit for a while. Now the Signing button will not work. Reload the page, ignore the warning and the button will now work.

    Good one, Joe. Now I think of it, I had some probs associated with choosing Update Game rather than New Game as well, recently... reloading the page good to point out also; hope that'll be fixed one day too...

    Sorry about that. To explain what happened:

    - Publishing process itself was fixed. Anyone who was newly publishing was fine.
    - Many apps that got stuck in publishing didn't all get restarted, so they stayed stuck in their original "Generating" stated.

    I've made a smarter query to find "stuck" apps. This seems to have cleared out the remaining stuck apps.

    Please let us know if there are any further problems, and thank you for your patience.

    @adent42 i just published my game to the publishing site, now the generate tab on IOS is grey and writes "generating". I suppose that i should wait because it is automatically generating the app and then i could sign it?

    so, @adent42 we must make a new game to work the Universal generate button? or is there any way to clear the remaining apps and enable generate button? Sorry that i ask again but the problem still goes on. Thanks
