I have some decent techno sounds you could use royalty free, how many do you need, and how much are you willing to pay?

Specifically, I would like to use his "Adagio for strings" I found a website but it has no legal on its website whatsoever so I don't know if I should use it or not...

Tiesto is going to be way out of the usual royalty-free price range. Think thousands as opposed to cents.

    But more seriously...
iTunes has royalty-free music tracks & packs, and Audiosparx (the first google hit) looks like it has some good electronic tracks for reasonable cost. I used Vimeo's music store recently for some stuff for a client project and the quality was pretty good and the pricing is REALLY low.

Yeah, it wasn't much help was it ! lol, removed.

Try looking around, I'm sure you can dig up some free techno from somewhere, just don't forget to check the licensing terms (and avoid music where you can't find the licensing terms).
