Do test user in app purchases reset when you exit the game?

I cannot find any information on this at all, so I decided to post my first question on the GameSalad forums. So, here it is. When I build an ad hoc test of my game, and I go out and exit the application completely... I'm talking when you double click the the home button and exit the application, my in app purchases reset. This happens whether it is a consumable or non consumable. Is this supposed to happen or I am not saving them correctly?

From my experience, it has not been saved once closed.

But this is handy, because you can then test your "restore IAP" function!

If you have not save the details of your IAP, it is not saved. If you exist the app and it is no longer there, it means that YOU have not saved the consumables or the non-consumables. Look at the IAP tutorials again, they are very clear about saving your own attributes and not relaying on doing 'restores'.

If you are looking to test "Restore IAP" - don't waste time on it "Restore IAP" does not work in all the published GS games I tested (have not tested with the Universal Builds release). Opened a bug about many months ago, but received no response from GS. However, you still need to have this option since Apple might reject your game without it.

    Cheers.

I'm having the same issue. Maybe you should save the value of the Product in a table (like any other variable of the game)
    or isn't a safe idea?
