Reset Scene Without Resetting Music

I have my own "splash" screen with my logo and that scene starts my game music. When you fail a level, you can tap retry to reset the level, but this stops the music. Is there any way around this?

    I see, works like a charm! I just have to go through and make it work for 30 Levels! Thanks for the input! By the way TSB, love the Red Block Remover games!
