can't login to gs creator..

It comes up with the error:

"ERROR. You are not a valid gamesalad user"

I can login to the forums however

    Ditto: I had this 3 or 4 days ago; it was fixed for a day or so, but now back again with the same problem.

    I'm having the same issue

    We are in the last phase before publishing our game to Apple so we would really need this to start working asap.

    and we have pro membership as well and it does not show.......!

    Yep same issue here, says PRO on the website but won't let me login to GS App. I'm ready to publish some games and I'm stuck!

    Highlights a major issue with the GS tool, if the authenticating server is unavailable the whole thing falls in a heap! - Where's the redundancy and robust authoring environment?

    @SaladStraitShooter Any word on this? I know there was that other thread about the web page or something but this seems to be specific to the creator and doesn't effect my ability to access the web/portfolio/publishing new builds.

    No luck same issue. I'm just trying out GS so far it has not been a very good platform.

    This is ridiculous. I just paid for the pro membership and I can't even use it. They sure don't tell you that before you fork out $300.

    This is incredibly frustrating - after purchasing the Pro membership, I can't use the Pro features until this is resolved. Surely the way the system works needs reviewing as being able to access Pro features should not rely on being logged in.

    This is the problem with having publishing forced through a server, rather than it being a local build.

    Any problem with either the GS servers or the internet in general, and the system becomes unusable. This is one of the main reasons why GameSalad will never be viewed as a serious development platform by major studios.... Its just too vulnerable to outages.

    Its a good example of the DRM argument... trying to protect the software, at the expense of the users...

    Same for all of us. So no one can publish anything right now. Hope they fix it within the hour. Always annoying when publishing goes down.

    There's a message at the top of the forum:

    "We are currently experiencing login issues for Creator and are investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work to resolve it."

    SSS just saw the Message. Everybody stay calm. GS is the greatest. Once in a while there are some hick ups. Nobody is perfect including Apple (Did I just said that out loud?). Of course it sucks a little bit more for people who work all week and only have time on the weekend to work in GS. If all else fail try this.
    Combine a large amount of Vodka, two drops of Bitter, some Vermouth and lots of crashed Ice in a Shaker. Meanwhile leave the Martini Glass in the Freezer to chill.
    Remove Glass from Freezer, add 3 Olives and the shaken (not stirred) mixture.
    Repeat until GS is up again or until you don't really care anymore.

    The issue has been fixed. Please try logging in again.

    There was a strange login bug related to a security upgrade we did recently. In testing we made a bad assumption that logging into the site would work the same as logging in with the tool.

    We've fixed the bug so that login will work correctly now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

    thanks adent42! tomorrow i am publishing my game after 5 months of hard work, so i was anxious today that i found out that there was a login error.

    I can login on the site but i get incorrect email or password in GS itself..
