Any way to publish?

Hi guys, is there any way to publish my gamesalad game for iPhone on my desktop? Like if I get GameSalad Pro will that let me publish from my desktop? instead of sending the file up to Gamesalad first?

I ask because my internet connection is not very reliable or good. Thanks.
