GS image limit? 2000 too many?

Hello again

On another note, I have picked up another project, one I started about two years ago and it requires about 2000 images all 128x128. I stopped because GS crashed a lot back in those days but seems to be a lot more solid now.

They are all different images.
I have only created 500 so far

So has anyone imported a total 2000 images before or any experience

    I have about 2800 so you are good to go, just don't add the 2000 file in one shot, add them bit by bit.

    I am assuming that was your latest game twin swords that has 2800 images. :)

    Thanks heaps, and yeah I only add about 40 at a time so should be all good.

    Yes indeed its in my current game Twin Swords, hopefully ill send it to apple by wednesday :)

    @Elfzim The last game I made had about 3400 images that became 6800 because I used RI. No issues because of them. As P-O-M said add them little by little and you're good to go.

    Thank you @MarkOnTheIron and @POM. Really takes the pressure off and can now go full speed a head, 400 have been imported and project size is 0.4mb. So far so good. :)

    No issues here. But like the above said, import bib by bit. Gamesalad hanged my mac once when i foolishly selected 100 pictures (1-Mb each) all at once to import. The spinning wheel kept spinning...
