Android Emulator and GameSalad

Hi everyone,

Is anyone able to use emulation with a GS .apk? I have an app published and it works on Android, but I cannot get that .apk to run on the SDK emulator or AndroVM (http://androvm.org/). They both install ok, and then when I run it, I see the loading screen for a split second and then I get the "Unfortunately has stopped" error.

Try running it on Android x86. I believe your problem is that the processor types are different. Android (usually) uses ARM and all computers (besides Raspberry Pi) uses Intel or AMD. Try downloading Android x86, installing it in Parallels (or Vmware) and then install it. If the Android store isn't on your x86 install then there are hacks to get it. Just Google it.
