Gamesalad non-optional banner ads waaaay too big for non-pro users

I am not necessarily complaining about the mere existence of ads on our games if we aren't pro, but they simply take up an absurd amount of space on devices' screens! For my game I have an animation toward the bottom of the screen but it is completely masked by the unnecessarily large banner ad toward the bottom as well! Any thoughts?

He must be talking about the new GS ad system that is going to recommend Pro member's games. I don't think it's all that big personally, but the multitasking bit is pretty annoying.

    Yes

My question is if it ever pops up during play, or only at launch? If its at the launch, it's not a big deal for me. Until I raise the funds for a pro account, supporting fellow gamesalad-ers is fine by me.

I wish the banner itself was not as wide. It takes up a consoderavle amount of space unlike apple's iads.

@JarrenH - the network bar appears on startup and after hibernate, and can be dismissed by using the "x" or touching anywhere off the screen. It does not otherwise appear during play.
Thanks, that's what I figured, but thanks for clarifying.
