Hi all,
This my first post and will sound like a newbie. be gentle.
I downloaded Deepblueapps jetpack template.
I got the hard part done, understanding most of the template. Its quite daunting when you just start using gamesalad. After endless of T-shirtbooth tutorials, Im starting to get the idea.
so my problem .
actor(Hero) I have a 3 frame animation at the start of the scene.
then when touch is pressed another animation. (run cycle) throughtout the game
then when die I want to stop the animation and have a die.png but the animation does not stop?
My main issue here is when the game start, there is always a 1sec of the actor being the original artwork by Darren. I have changed the picture everywhere, its starting to drive me nut.....
I have tried over 10 times. seem like a easy thing to do but i just cant find it.
changed the actor on scene and off scene. also all in the hero attribute.
thanks in advance.

If @tatiang's solution didn't work, right click on the file and hit show package contents. Then delete all of the images you don't want in the images folder (leave the folder tere though)
Hope this helps

@Chakku also thanks for the tip.
