Easy way to change to iphone 5 and iPad screens

I just answered a question about converting iphone 4 games to iphone 5 games at full screen, without deformations or black bars at the side of the screen.
If your camera is set to 480x320 and you want your game to work on the iphone 5, you just need to resize your camera to 480x270 pixels. Of course you need then to change the position of some actors that might be cut by the new camera dimensions, but if you anticipate this while you are creating the game, it should be not a big problem.
For iPad, you shoul set your camera to 480x358 and it should work fine as well.
