Publishing Problem

I have 2 games called Turret Trouble and Galaxy Gulp. I plan on publishing them to iOS when I get a license, but for now I tried to publish an HTML 5 version and some problems came up when I tried to play the games.
- They were forced into landscape mode, so they were horizontally stretched
- Turret Trouble had no sound in Safari, but had working sound in Chrome (will the sound work on iOS?)
- It only showed the top half of Turret Trouble, but you had to press buttons as if they were in their original places
- Galaxy Gulp was completely broken, you died as soon as you started the game

BTW both games worked perfectly when I previewed them in the Gamesalad creator, these issues happened only after I published them.
I'm probably doing something wrong so could someone offer some advice?

I should describe more about what's wrong with Galaxy Gulp. In the game your supposed to dodge the black hole and collect the stars but as you can see you die after 2 seconds, and I noticed that the black hole is starting in the top left corner and not moving. It's supposed to spawn below the galaxy and start moving after 1 second.

sorry to hear about your problem. I am having a similar problem.
My game works fine in the X-Code simulator, and works when I'm using GS Viewer, but....... After I publish it, and it becomes a stand-alone app, it suddenly has NO SOUND.
Nothing. the game works fine, but sound is just missing.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
