Need help with slide menu (project file inside)

I need some help with this demo file. I created a swipe out menu which will store some actors, in this file it's a blue jelly bean that's in the slider menu inventory area. Once the jelly bean is selected I want the slide out menu to close. Right now the menu must be slid closed and if it's not closed the jelly bean doesn't constrain correctly to the mouse position x/y. It gets constrained plus X pixels of the menu width.
