My game stopped working on Nexus 7 and other android devices. Why?

I just got a phone call from a customer trying to get my game to work on his Nexus 7. It has worked fine before, but I tested it on both my Galaxy S3 with Cyangenmod and my Nexus 7. I got the same results, it just started the splash screens and quits. Does anyone know why? Is this some bug with gamesalad or something?

It's strange because for example my games works on Nexus 7 but IceCap games made by GS Team crushes just after splash as in your case.

There were some other discussion in the past about Nexus problems. Here's one of the solution that worked for me:

    Short version:
    1. Update your Android SDK

    Long version:
    1. Go to the "SDK" folder (it should be in your home folder)
    2. Open the "tools" folder
    3. Double click on the "android" file
    4. It will open a terminal window and then after a little while the "Android SDK Manager" will open
    5. At the start the Manager will look for updates
    6. If there are any, install them
    7. After you finished close the Manager and restart from point 3 until there are no more updates
    8. Republish your game

I've had a customer complaint about this as well. Trying the SDK update now.

It's because of GS 10.2 most likely. My lite versions of my games published using GS 10.2 because I want mobclix for android markets. Sadly it also cause problems for nexus devices and also samsung devices. Why?

The full versions of my games I publish using GS 10.1. No complaints so far.

The SDK Update and republish did not help. FYI, I'm using creator 10.0 on PC.

@MarkOnTheIron Updated the SDK. And used GS 10.2. The game is reportedly still buggy on Android. Force closed when the app is started on nexus and another samsung device like the S3. Reverted to publishing using GS 10.1 and then so far things are ok. Sucks for those players who can't play the trial version of my games published using GS 10.2. I published it anyway because I want to get mobclix on it but at the same time alienating those nexus tablet users and thus decrease chances of another potential app buyer.
