User Icon Won't Update

I've tried about 5 times now to update my icon that people see on the forums and it won't update! Is it something in the system? Is it a problem with Safari? What am I doing wrong? :/

    I literally just changed mine like 10 minutes ago... worked fine for me... on 10.8.2... and using Safari.

    My Mac is a Macbook 2006 so I can only run Lion. Would that cause a problem?

    I really wouldn't think so... but I don't want to tell you No for sure. lol
