how much ram can iPhone 5 handle?

hi can some one please tell me so i can decide if i make my game for this devices too or only ipad , right now iam getting 80 mb in the viewer playing a iphone game on my ipad 2, does this means i will get the same total ram in a iPhone 4s or iPhone 5?, i think my game will run between 100-120 mb max, is that ok for iphone 4s,5?

    thanks but do you know whats the max? because i really dont know how much exactly this devices can handle, so every time i am passing the 80mb i get worry so i try not to add more things to my game, so it will be cool to know this numbers, that way i can know when to stop :)

    I'd try to stay under 200 for iPhone 5 and 4s... don't know what the max is though.

    keep it under 200 i5, 4s will go upto 140.
