Thinking About Filming Templates and How-To's

I've been thinking (bad sign!) about filming some GameSalad tutorials and making free templates. I do realize that there are quite a few GS tutorials ( @TShirtBooth ) and that is why I am hesitant about it. What I would do is make all of the templates free (most if not all) and film their creation to put on YouTube for example projects or base projects that newbs could use. What do you think? Should I or should I not make tutorials?

@DalleZ Thanks for your opinion! Yes, I do hope to cover "new" things, but I also want to cover enough of the basic yet important things a game needs, like a good score system or maybe how to set up a good menu. That sort of thing.

Go for it, I've done some tutorials as well. People can't have too much information, there is often more than one way to do the same thing, a new opinion is always welcome.

Well.. I've heard that the guys over @GSHelper will soemtimes use nuclear missiles and atomic hand grenades to get rid of competition, so watch out. They may put you on "the list". :P

I agree there is a lot of tutorials out there but something new would always be appreciated. Maybe something like how to do a proper paralax scrolling game. Also how to make in app purchases.

@DalleZ Haha thanks! :P I'm always worried what my voice will sound like when I record because my mic is not the best so its good to know that it doesn't sound bad. (Macbook Late 2006 Default)

I think the more people that can help everyone out the better. If people are going to pay for a template there going to do it, if there is a free stuff or not. So carry on
