Problem with one of my games...

I have a graphic problem with my game,

I emailed the support using the correct page on this website, i'm PRO user and i have no answer (waited few months!), what to do?
I'm loosing time, i just want to put my game again on the Appstore...

PLEASE ANSWER ME SUPPORT TEAM!

    What is the problem? Then the community could help you :)
    And also so you just know.You say that you are a pro user but it only stands that your a member on my screen.
