Problem with Game Center

I have two apps. One update scores on game center and the other no.
Same behavior, same rules, and diferents Leaderboard id, i know..
But on one i can send scores and on the other not.

And the two apps got this message attached.
Well, two days fighting with that issue.

You have to select a leaderboard. Your screen shot shows you made a leader board(24 out of 25 remaining). Now you just have to select it under your app details.

Yes, i think i have find it my problem.
When you send an update, you have to select the leaderboard to use it on your game.
Maybe i have missed from the latest update.
