Publishing portal doesnt load

When i publish a gamesalad project pressing the publish button on the gamesalad menu, it load the publishing portal. But when i log in with my account on any browser IT DOESNT LOAD at all it keeps loading.
If i try to log in on windows It does work, i have even logged succefully on my android tablet, it just doesnt work on mac WHICH IS the most important platform because i do everything on mac
Is this my fault? everything work, the only thing that doesnt work is the publishing portal. I have tryied with safari and chrome
safari doesnt load, and in chrome i get a message that the website couldnt be found
