Copyright question.

I've start thinking of a game that will have different team. The team will symbolise a nation. The question is...
The country/nation is not copyrighted, am I right?
The shirts and shorts the will were. Are they copyrighted? Or is it okey to make a copy of the shirt so long you not show the brand? For example adiddas. I not show the brand but the rays on the shoulders? Please answer me asap

If you have to ask its most likely going to be an issue

I'm sure most brands have their images and logos and colors trademarked.

    I.e. the Nike swoosh.

    Country Nation should be fine.

As for cloning the Adidas style, don't do it.

You're not asking us if it's legal. Let's be honest, you know it's wrong, you're just asking us if you'll get away with it.

Yes.. but it's not like he's doing something bad with it. Sounds like it'd just be on the shirts in his game, potentially supporting the company in a way. It could be that he was just stealing it.

You also ought to study up on Trademarks as well as copyrights. Asking others in forums is like asking an common citizen about the uniform code of military justice. If you really need advice, go to the source or consult a copyright or trademark lawyer.

    And big time that!!!

It's unauthorized support even if he means no harm. Kinda like how TV shows blur out any logos on shirts and soda cans and stuff they have not been authorized to show.

His intentions mean nothing in a court of law. Period.
