Table not working after close

I have been having an issue in my game that uses a table to store answer choices and correct answers for my trivia game. I have it set so that one table is the database and the other is the in game table which is edited as the game goes along to eliminate already used questions (non-repeat). I have two different leves, Junior and Pro. The Junior works fine, but the pro will not load correctly in the game and it looks like the table is not copying correctly at the beginning. I created the table in Excel and then exported it as a csv file to import into the game, but when I import it into the pro database and then quit and come back in, the table clears itself and the name is gone. It has worked fine on the junior so I don't know what is wrong with the Pro. Im not doing anything different. Does anyone know why the table might be doing such a thing?
