Anybody Work with "Jason Lee Nester" Recently??

I paid initial payment to him to design some graphics for me, but now I can't contact him, he didn't reply my email.
What should I do? I just want refund now...

    as much as I hate to say it this seems to happen all the freaking time with @jayleedesigns he does good work and people are usually satisfied when he completes work but damn it seems like every few months someone has paid him and never received anything including contact

    I've heard he's done this before and I don't think he is doing well financially right now.
    How much did you pay him? The last guy had to file a paypal dispute to get his money back but even then it is hard. But he does do good work and has had many successful transactions. Also how long has it been since you've seen him?

    I paid $166 to him, it is over 45 days ago, I think paypal wouldn't help me..

    you can maybe try contacting deepblueapps since he hosts his stuff with them?
    I don't want to bother another one, how can they help me?
    Actually I think Jason read my email, but he just ignored it.. who can force him to refund me?

    Well lets use some logical thinking here. You paid jason through paypal. So the parties involved are You, Jason, and PayPal… Without a lawyer and a courtroom who do you think out of those 3 parties can issue you a refund. A. Jason or B. PayPal

    You have tried contacting Jason and that route is not working for you, SO…..?

    Yes, but it is over 45 days, paypal refuse to file a claim.
