Ughh, I have to strongly disagree with you here @gyroscope...looks like I am a fan of Skeuphemism. If iOS 7 is going to be like that, then I'm sticking with iOS 6 (well, 1/2 of my devices are intentionally on iOS 5 still )

I agree with @Chakku about the "no Skeuphemism" thing. If Ive is going to ditch it then I hope that he makes it an optional thing. From what I read about him I don't think thats going to happen though. (The option part) Apparently he hates Skeuphemism with every fiber in his body so... :-?
Skeuomorphism is a word that is thrown around loosely today...
Notes IS Skeuomorphic iBooks IS Skeuomorphic Game Center is NOT Skeuomorphic Find my Friends is NOT Skeuomorphic
Whats my reasoning? Notes is trying to look like a notebook, iBooks is trying to look like a bookshelf. Game Center and Find my Friends? No. They represent nothing, they simply have a texture added to it. It's not like we used to have a leather bound page that showed where our friends are, and now its made in technology. No. It's simply a pattern to overlay on a new concept. Same thing with Game Center.
My opinion is keep the true Skeuomorphism, and ditch the pointless textures. I want a little visualization when writing notes or reading books. I don't need to see fake leather when finding a friend.
Long winded rant aside, I'm hoping for a lot of expansion on the iPad side. We have seen some incredible jailbreaks that show the power the iPad has, (Running 2 apps side by side for example). The closer iOS and Mac OS X merge, the closer we come to being able to use our iPads as our sole device. I would also like to see some live-ish icons. (yes, I will give a slight nod to Win8)

After ios6, Ios seems to bore me. I currently have a nexus with the latest android and it is amazing. Yup No lag (Not an April Fools')
