How to make an iOS-like swipe

Hi guys,I have an issue with my project:Apple wants me to improve a perfect swipe in my game in order to accept it,but all the videos on gshelper.com only teach how to make a "unlimited" swipe,not costraining the camera movement 320 px forward or back.Do you guys know how to do it?
