copying actors

hi guys

i have an actor that has all the same rules as a new actor i want to create but has a different image...i used copy/paste to copy the actor and renamed and changed the image, but when i run, it still shows the image from the original actor....why is it not updating the image to the new one?

do you have any attribute that requests to change the image within the actor ?

Have you unlocked either actor?

fsourfi....yes i do change the image of the actor when certian conditions happen and that seems to work but the default actor image is still the old one...

Try clicking on the Image name in the list of attributes within the actor and then clicking Revert to Prototype.

hi guys...i still cant figure this out...seems like it might be a bug? the image attribute of the actor is the correct image, and in the scene view it has the correct image, its only in the preview that it goes back to the image of the actor i copied the behaviors from....

hi tataing...i think i figured it out....there was a change image rule that for some reason was causing it to revert to the old image...even though the change image rule was not being activated or even using the old image....i deleted it and rewrote it exactly the same and it worked....
