It had like adobe, Picture viewer programs, random things like that, I just clicked the internet explorer program option but it just brought up interenet explorer downloads box thing then had an option to save or open and whenever I try to open it it doesn't do anything. I tried to re download to try a different program to use with file with but it keeps going to the internet explorer force close thing. I don't know what to do.

When you downloaded it was it a .exe file or a zip file? If its a .exe file you need to run the programs. Because it sounds to me like your trying to open the file with another program which you can't do in this case.

If its a zip file you need to un-zip it and run the .exe file.

I'm not sure, when I try to re-download, it says nothing about .exe or zip. But it asks, "What do you want to do with this file?,' Then it gives me the option to open with these programs like Internet explorer as a default, then says other. When I choose other it gives me a list like Windows Media Center, Itunes, Windows Live Movie maker, Notepad Microsoft office Picture manager, Windows Photo Viewer, Microsoft Works Spreadsheet, Microsoft Word Processor, Windows Live Gallery, Windows Media Player, And Windows Wordpad Application.
