Best achievement system

Hi all people.
I`m working w/o succes on a system to get achievement with tables on my game.
I have an scene to watch achievement with the following:
An spawner of achievement.
A prototype achievement actor based on attributes made it from one table.

A table with say: number of attribute, is used, text to display, completed.

My prototype actor get from thist table if is used, is not, whet text and values and display it. And change value of table to used.

The next actor spawned below this one, get the next row of my table correctly and do the same rules (because i spawn a prototype)

The others all time get the second value and no change.

When i change to other scene, and return to achievement scene, all actors get second row values.

Have you a better system?

I need something like :
while "used" is "true" do mynumber+1 to jump to other row
When used is false, take values from table and change it to "used" "true"
