Where is the Device tab in Window version?

Hi Guys,
Could someone show me where is the device tab in the window version? I read the guide cookbook, it's saying it's locate at the bottom left tab, but I couldn't find.

btw, how do I show a picture instead of Url link?

I did face the same problem but find out other way. for windows there is no device tap it is only for IOs. please refer the link below. it is very simple to get the apk.

I know i can go inside the game scene add a new actor and change rules & behaviours from there.
