Do I need a Mac to actually publish?

Hi

I'm running Windows 7 and I want to get GameSalad Pro. I've downloaded the free version and it works fine on my machine. However, now that I actually want to publish am I actually going to have to go out and purchase a Mac? Reading through Apple's developer account, it seems you have to download a certificate to your machine. Is this the case?

    If you want to publish to the Mac App Store or to iPhones, iPods and iPads then yes, you MUST have a Mac to do so.

    I see that http://www.macincloud.com/ supports GameSalad. Can I just use this or will I still have to buy a Mac? There must be a solution for PC users, who don't want to have to go out and buy a Mac just to publish.

    It should work. You will just need to have a Mac OS to submit your app to the app store.

    I just bought a Mac Mini off of Amazon for about $600 for this same reason. Seems the quckest way to do things.
