Game for iPhone 5 only?

Can I make a game for iPhone 5 only? Cause I can't be bothered to do all that detect screen width thing. In my app description I can put at the very top iPhone 5 owners only but would it be rejected because it doesn't support/fit legacy iPhones properly?

You can try if you want to, absolutely.

It's really not that hard to do the screen detect rule. You make it once, and put it in the "custom behaviors" tab, and then just go through your scenes, and drag and drop it into a blank actor in each scene. Depending on how many scenes you have, it won't take you 10 minutes.

One way I've gotten around all the screen detection biz is just making sure the game elements fit into the legacy screen and everything out side of that still looks like part of the game. This won't work for all games but it's a simple solution if you can make it look nice.

DenimSharks template works amazingly and for ANY screen, there are rules you have to add to every actor but just the prototype unless you unlocked the actor.
