Is anyone else having trouble with camera controls?

I am setting my player to control the camera and reducing the boundaries of the camera but every time the actor moves but the camera does not. I can't figure out why

Chances of you messing this up is unlikely, but is your scene wider/taller than the display? Because it should be but I'm pretty sure you already knew that.
