Delete the GameSalad Network Startup Ad.

Hi!

Any ideas how to get rid of these? I had tested my app in ad hoc, and I am curious if that is also visible after publication to the appstore.

That is not mentioned in the pricing table.

To remove the ads you need to upgrade to a pro account.

I believe that's the only ad is the startup ad.
